Show Season Follow-UP

Two shows down, and ???? left to go. Despite the weather predictions,  I was fortunate enough to have beautiful days for both shows.  Thank you, Mother Nature.
At one of the shows, I had a customer, a very nice woman with an English accent ask, "how much is a dime worth?"  Ten cents, I replied.  After she left, I looked at the dime.  Nowhere does it say it is worth ten cents.  I guess it's just one of those things we take for granted.

Show Season

Show season for me is here.  Although I concentrate mostly on the fall and holiday season and indoor shows, I usually do two outdoor shows per month during the summer. AND, like most crafters, I agonize over the weather.  I start watching the weather channel for updates on the
10-day forecast, 5-day forecast, then right down to the hourly forecast.  Like I can do anything to change it.  My thinking is, if it rains, nobody will come(maybe not even me), if it's too hot, people will head to the beach, and if it's too hot and humid, my hair goes crazy!   My first show will be June 18th at Pine Hills in Plymouth, MA--Let's hope for a beautiful day.
